Since many of the people who read this blog are either salespeople or managers I figured this might be of interest. There are a couple who I have never heard of but most are well known and all are obviously highly successful. I am certain we could all learn from each of them. I know that as a struggling young salesman (many years ago!) I certainly benefited from one person on the list, Zig Ziglar, from who I learned many of the principles for both sales and customer service that I use each and every day. Definitely a hero of mine. His health is not favorable these days but I saw him at a seminar last year and he still has "it".
