The story you are about to read is true, however the names have been changed to protect the innocent. (Sorry, I couldn't resist!) We recently had an order where our customer "Jane Doe" paid more in rush charges and overnight shipping than for the products themselves. This is an unfortunate situation that by Jane's own admission was avoidable if she had planned better. She knew months in advance that she had an event scheduled but kept putting off ordering promos for it. While we NEVER charge you for rush services many of our factories do and we must pass those cost down. Certainly we would rather you spend your budget on product rather than rush charges and expedited freight so please always try and plan ahead....But when you don't we will be here ready and willing to help!
